Plumza is an on-demand plumbing marketplace that connects customers with licensed plumbers in Massachusetts. We do not directly employ plumbers.
Payment is collected upfront via Stripe before a plumber is dispatched. All prices are estimates and may vary based on the actual work required. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
All plumbers on the Plumza platform are required to hold valid Massachusetts plumbing licenses and carry liability insurance. Plumza verifies credentials but is not liable for work performed.
Plumza is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform or the services provided by plumbers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
You agree to provide accurate information when booking, be present at the service address, and treat plumbers with respect.
Cancellations made before a plumber is dispatched may be eligible for a full refund. Once a plumber is en route, a cancellation fee may apply.
